Chris Baker

After a successful 40 year career with organizations on both sides of the Atlantic, Chris is now pursuing his passion, which is to add value to other people so that they can become the best version of themselves. He is sharing the learning and experience that he has gathered during his Management career the UK, leadership positions with the Walt Disney Company, and from John C. Maxwell. Originally from the UK, Chris now resides in Florida where he is a Leadership Training Manager with Disney, a Podcaster (Raise Your BARS), and hosts the Stand Up Leaders YouTube channel to help discover, develop, and nurture the next generation of leaders.
