Born and raised in Connecticut, Marine Master Sergeant James E. Bulman enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1968 and served until 1992. He “started with Vietnam and ended with Desert Storm.”

Marine Master Sergeant Bulman has lived in the Atlanta area since 1989 when he was transferred to the Naval Air Station in Marietta, Georgia, where he served as the Aircraft Maintenance Chief for Marine Air Group-49. He retired soon after returning from Operation Desert Storm.
Upon retiring from the Corps, the author worked as a consultant, developing industrial training programs for a variety of companies. Currently fully retired, the author is focusing on his family and his writing.
