Have you ever felt like you just couldn’t win in life? Sometimes it seems easier to stay down when life hits, cause it would feel better than getting up only to get knocked down again.

I know that feeling

I been there

Cola is a proud mother, entrepreneur and multidisciplinary artist from east of Toronto who developed a love for writing, poetry and the arts while completing her BFA in classical piano at York University. She has been involved in various community arts projects including the AMY Project, Remix Project, and the Tarragon Young Playwrights Unit.

For her life has consisted of many lessons, but she has learned that Love is a language and Lips are the service of life. Everyday we as people use words that either speak to our future victories or to our future lessons; and although love is a free gift, we either keep it, grow it or throw it away.

As a poet she speaks through her emotions, as an author she tells her unique story; as a speaker she gives voice to the silenced but as a mentor she pursues peace, love and living boldly.

Throughout her years she has run workshops in local schools, college, and jails connecting with hundreds of individuals through writing, poetry and her memoir. Now developed as a complete online course, she has seen many incredible transformations that prove that healing is achievable for those who are open and willing to see change in their lives.

When she is not speaking or teaching, you can find Cola either creating beautiful lip art designs or hosting her podcast Lips and Language on Youtube.
