Michelle Doll

Michelle Doll is a Chef and Instructor from Brooklyn. She has taught at the International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute, her alma mater), as the Resident Chef at Sur la Table's New York Flagship school and at the NY Cake Academy. Her background spans both sweet and savory cooking and an incredible breadth of kitchen tools.
