Ifedapo Adeleye

Ifedapo Adeleye is Associate Professor of the Practice of HRM and Faculty Director of the Master’s in HRM program at Georgetown University, USA. Prior to joining Georgetown, he held academic positions at University of Tennessee Knoxville, where he won the Outstanding Faculty Award, and Lagos Business School, where he led corporate education to a three-year ascension in the global FT ranking.

A respected management scholar, Dapo has published over 40 journal articles and book chapters in the broad areas of strategic HRM, global business, and sustainable management. He has also co-edited three books and special issues of Journal of Business Ethics, Thunderbird Int'l Bus. Review and Africa Journal of Mgt. Prof. Adeleye received his PhD in HRM from The University of Manchester, UK, after winning the Distinguished Graduating Student Prize at the University of Lagos, Nigeria on his first degree, and earning two M.S degrees in Economics and in HR from Cardiff University, UK. An avid world traveler, he has lived on three continents, and visited nearly 50 countries.
