Robert Phillips

Robert Phillips was born in Sipsey, Alabama and is of Welsh descent. He spent his entire life in Central Alabama and was nearly "deported" because he let his driver's license expire by one day. To this day he still doesn't know where the state license clerk was going to send him. He has spent over 30 years in Law Enforcement. during which he had numerous attempts on his life. This is his first book and includes many experiences he had during that career.
