Mark Stout

About Mark Stout

Mark Stout was born and raised in East Tennessee. He joined the United States Air Force after high school and attended the University of South Carolina while stationed at Shaw Air Force base. Mark has been a police officer for over twenty-seven years, twenty of which have been spent as a detective. He lives in rural east Tennessee with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.
