Dave Russell

Dave Russell was born and raised in South London. He now lives in Essex with his family and was diagnosed with autism in 2017. He has worked in the financial services industry for nearly fifteen years within the Human Resources department, specifically performance and deferred reward. He has also been raising awareness for disabilities within the workplace as well as support for those with dependents with disabilities for nearly ten years. In the summer of 2018, he set up his own company (dis)Ability and Inclusion, which specialises in helping companies support their workforce with seminars, interactive discussions or awareness and educational material. He also works closely with schools creating educational material and discussing support available for teachers as well as parents.
