Anton Anthony

About the Author

Dr. Anton Anthony is a seasoned educator, and currently a public school superintendent, ordained pastor, and servant leader who has dedicated his life to transforming communities through education and faith. With over a decade of experience across Georgia’s school systems, he has served as a teacher, coach, discipline coordinator, assistant principal, principal, human resources manager, and now superintendent.

Dr. Anthony has led in both poverty-stricken Title I schools and affluent, high-performing districts. No matter the setting, his calling remains the same: to break through barriers, uplift communities, and cultivate lasting academic and personal growth. He leads with spiritual discernment, strategic insight, and a deep love for people—believing that real change happens when you reach both the head and the heart.

As a pastor, Dr. Anthony brings a faith-filled lens to leadership, empowering individuals to overcome adversity and walk in purpose. His work reflects a powerful fusion of educational reform, spiritual renewal, and visionary leadership.

Credentials

Dr. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business Management from Fort Valley State University. He went on to receive a Master of Arts in Teaching from Augusta State University and later earned a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Augusta University. He also holds an Educational Specialist certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Augusta University.

His passion for lifelong learning led him to complete a Doctorate in Theology from North Central Theological Seminary. In addition to being a licensed educator, Dr. Anthony is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.
