Jeffrey J. Doran

Jeff Doran grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now resides in East Tennessee. A graduate of Xavier University, Jeff enjoyed a career in marketing before starting his own online trail guide business. After several decades of hiking in America's national parks, Doran founded several websites, each providing detailed trail information for Glacier, Grand Teton and Rocky Mountain national parks. He's also published several books on a variety of hiking-related topics. In addition to being a longtime hiker, Jeff is an avid cyclist, history buff, and a music enthusiast.
