Dan S Bailey

I was born in 1951 in Royston, Georgia. I was born again on September 17, 1971 at an old fashioned tent revival. About 6 months after I was saved, the Lord called me to preach the gospel. I have been faithfully doing that ever since and thank God for every opportunity that He has given me to preach His Word. I married the love of my life, Vickie Bennett Bailey on September 28, 1975. We have two wonderful children, Amy Leah Burns and Alisha Gail Bailey. Amy is married to Jeffrey Burns and their daughter, our granddaughter is Victoria Burns. I am so thankful for the family that the Lord has given me. He has been so good to me. A few years after I was saved, I began writing poems and continued to do so for several years. I stopped writing for a while and only a few years ago began to write again. I give all the glory to God for the blessing of this gift. I have written many hundreds of poems through the years and just recently began to publish some of these and make them available in hopes of being a blessing to others. I pray the Lord will allow me to continue to write for as long as I may live, for His glory!
