Titus Bartolotta
Titus Bartolotta was born in 1985 to Irish / Italian parents in Queens, New York. Transplanted to South Carolina at the age of seven, Bartolotta now lives in the Lake Norman region of North Carolina. Titus found his wife and the two were married in 2008. A proud parent of two boys, and happily married for a decade at the time of this writing. Having grown up in a broken home with his mother, Titus saw first hand what it was to go without the extras. His mother worked several jobs at a single time and this work ethic poured into Bartolotta.
Having graduated from high school in 2003 Titus would go onto study business management, culinary arts, and seminary. After working inside the food industry as a trained and certified chef Titus found his skills best producing inside the retail sales world where he’d go on to find regional and national success. This is where Titus found his passion for developing and training others and from that spark to inspire growth in others Titus would go on to develop and grow professional individuals, teams, and companies. Titus went on to become a certified coach, teacher and speaker with The John Maxwell Team and started a Personal Development & Business Growth Firm called “Collaborative Solutions Group”.
Titus is also the president and owner of a network marketing organization called “Business Leaders Unleashed” which is a successful marketing firm. Having a heart for charity and a background that intimately understands poverty, both Titus and his wife Christina started a 501(c)(3) charity called “The Lotta Foundation”. This nonprofit works to bring hope and support to at-risk families which include children in need throughout the greater Lake Norman & Charlotte region of North Carolina. This award winning business professional and community leader has developed world class content and helped to create, develop and shift major brands and initiatives. As the host of ESPN Charlotte’s “Solutions From The Huddle” Titus passes along advise and showcases business professionals, athletes, and specialists so listeners can find helpful insight that causes a measurable effect on their lives personally and professionally.
Where many individuals are defined by a childhood that includes a broken home, poverty and loss, Titus has been refinded by it and has poured his life experiences, Professional expertise, developed relationships, and education to others in the way of publication with his first book, The Master Within”. Titus found inspiration, support, and direction from his writing partner who is also his wife for this work. Titus has shared that the desired result for readers is that they would find, develop, and bring forth the master that lives inside themselves and with that create a masterpiece.
