Administrative Experience

• Headed the Faculty of Financial Management at HIPA since 29 Dec 2006, coordinating curriculum, faculty schedules, and course delivery for 19+ years.

• Led departmental administration in Divisional Training Center, HIPA Rohtak (Since 7th June 2023) along with Faculty of Financial Management, including faculty mentoring, workload allocation, and quality assurance.

• Led Procurement of Goods and Services enforcing financial rules and latest instructions of State Government

Research Publications: Authored 19 publications including 2 international and 6 national refereed journal papers, 6 book chapters, and 5 practitioner handbooks, integrating research into teaching modules, contributing to research in public finance, governance, and service delivery.
