Jake Hunter

Jake Hunter was born in 1982. He grew up in rural Alabama. After graduating high school he spent 20 years working in kitchens, managing restaurants, and repairing electronics to resell for spare money. He wrote his first book at the age of 36. In his spare time Jake enjoys video games, spending time with his family and young son, tinkering with electronics,and long distance bicycling.

For many years Jake made fantasy art using Photoshop for his own amusement. He decided to compile his work into a book for others to enjoy. Currently Jake is writing the second book in his Amazing Creatures and Mythical Beasts series, and beginning work on a second series.
