Joseph Jones

Joseph Jones is the Superintendent of New Castle County Vo-Tech School District in Delaware. He is a former high school Social Studies teacher, high school assistant principal, high school principal, and director of assessment and accountability.

Joe's personal vision is to pursue life’s greatest gifts for himself and those he loves, leads, and follows. He believes each day is an opportunity to unearth his own personal strengths, find genius in simplicity, and to love without reservation.

Joe is also one of two Executive Officers (w/ Dr. T.J. Vari) for a leadership development institute called TheSchoolHouse302, which works to develop leaders in education and beyond. TheSchoolHouse302 produces a monthly 4-part leadership curriculum, including a blog post, leadership podcast, a video series on books to read as a leader, and a review and reflect activity, all on a special topic for leading better and growing faster each month.
