Marisa Pasquini

Marisa Pasquini is a speaker, author, and trainer of family and professional caregivers of people with dementia with proven techniques that master upset and create peace.

Marisa brings 20 years of professional experience with organizations serving the elderly, people with intellectual disabilities, and addictions, as well as personal experience with a brother with special needs, and numerous clients with dementia and Alzheimer's. A former director of a nonprofit hospice agency, Marisa is the founder of the National Home Care Academy, which provides several training program for professional and family caregivers, and delivers confident caregivers and happy clients.

Marisa's vision is to erase the prejudice about dementia. She loves to brainstorm with families, agencies and caregivers, to help them solve their biggest challenges, create positive outcomes and joy (yes, JOY!) for caregivers, families, and people with dementia.
