Sylviane Bauer-Motti

Sylviane Bauer-Motti is a Parisian artist and author, poet and writer.

Holder of a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology, and a graduate in art therapy.

Extralucid and working in the field of intuition.

Born in Strasbourg, daughter of the Lacanian psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Jean-Pierre Bauer, member of the Freudian School of Paris, and student of Lacan. And Marinette Motti, psychologist Freudian psychoanalyst, doctor in linguistics and stylistics. She is thus immersed in speech, psychology and the evidence of expression that she inscribes very early in the arts.

Going to Paris to become an actress, she encounters dance which anchors her « body and soul », while the world of childhood comes to pick her up. She devoted herself entirely to it as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer, before her literary vocation once again imposed itself on her.

Engaging in early mediumship, following the death of her parents in dramatic circumstances, her first books were born out of necessity, for which she created the illustrations. Tenderly addressing sensitive themes such as mourning, resilience or memory. Handling the idea and the word like so many doors to (imaginary?) worlds imbued with philosophy.
