Nieves Rodriguez is a Leader, Personal and Corporate & Executive Coach, Speaker, Author and founder of Fastracktorefocus.co.uk, a Coaching Business passionate about helping people and businesses connect with their true Values and Whys in order to achieve their goals both personally and professionally.

Nieves has over 25 years’ experience leading multinational companies in different parts of the globe. She is an inspirational leader with excellent track record leading teams, launching start-ups, turn around projects and, in a nutshell, making things happen. A highly committed Leader and Life, Corporate & Executive qualified Coach with a strong focus on execution of strategy while capable of engaging individuals and leading teams.

After a long career with a multinational, where thanks to her drive she worked and led different departments and large teams, she decided to make an 180 degree turn in her life to get out of her personal and professional comfort zone. She sold her business and quit her senior leadership role to move to the UK and continue growing. Starting from scratch, thanks to her can do attitude, she is currently: leading a multinational company, a board member of industry-leading Associations, she got her Executive and Corporate Coaching Diploma, and founded her business while enjoying her wonderful family life.

During her career, she has learned the importance of having a people-centered leadership and drive. This is what her business offers to individuals and organizations. She is very much a performance and results-oriented coach and uses her life and corporate experience to work closely with her clients.

Nieves believes in a holistic approach, to be leaders in all aspects of our life, not just in our careers. She will help you to achieve success by working on three areas: Values (who are you), Leadership (where are you and where do you want to go), and Drive (Action planning)

Her life is full of examples of her philosophy in practice on a personal and professional level.

This is her mission in life now: To empower people and businesses to achieve their full potential.

Nieves loves travelling, meditating, reading, drinking coffee and enjoys good chats with her friends and family!!
