Stacy Wall Schweikhart

Stacy Wall Schweikhart is a servant leader in the public sector, a teacher & presenter, advisor & mentor dedicated to creating thriving cultures that attract the best & brightest to public serving organizations.

Stacy currently serves as Community Information Manager for the City of Kettering, Ohio. She has more than 17 years of experience in public sector administration and leadership.

Stacy earned her Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!) and has since served as a member Advisory Board and as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Dayton graduate Public Administration program and a Guest Lecturer for the Wright State University Public Policy program.

Stacy is member of the Board of Directors for ELGL – the Engaging Local Government Leaders nationwide professional network and the Chair of the OCMA NextGen/Leadership Development Committee.

Stacy was recognized with the 2017 local government innovation Navigator Award from Route Fifty in the Next Generation category for her leadership of the Diversity Dashboard project, an effort to gather data on diversity in local government leadership across the US and then share resources and best practices from exemplary communities.

She is an active contributor to research, essays and podcasts on the topic of public sector leadership, attracting and retaining the next generation of local government leadership and strategies to build & balance the bench.

Stacy frequently travels to present sessions and workshops on topics related to public sector leadership, culture and branding, communication resources and policies, citizen engagement and public relations at both state and national conferences as well as institutes abroad.

Stacy’s favorite book is her passport. With her husband and two sons, she loves to travel the world exploring new cities and wild spaces, enjoying authentic food and practicing her hobby of photography.
