Catherine Long

Failed baker Catherine was born and raised in Essex in the U.K. She now resides in New York City with her husband, infant son and Donald the Labrador. Following an accidental 15 year career as a fashion model, Catherine has since switched out her skinny jeans and stilettos (ouch!) in favour of a nice pair of comfy slippers (Yay!). Baked Off! Is Catherine's first novel.
