Russell Baxter, L.P.C., is the owner of Foundations Counseling, PLLC, based out of Grapevine, TX. He has created specific curriculums for both couples and counselors to navigate finances in relationships. He has a passion for working with couples and helping them share their hearts. Russell loves travel, adventures and spending time with his wife, Kambree and dog, Ramsey.
