Dr. Vidhya Illuri

My name is Vidhya Illuri and I am a endocrinology and diabetes doctor in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to practicing medicine, I love to experiment in the kitchen! Food IS medicine and my goal is to deliver healthy recipes to help treat diabetes. My two children, Kiran and Meena, have started to show an interest in cooking as well. I have created my healthy children's cookbooks with illustrated step by step instructions for even the tiniest chef!
