Mark Camilleri has over 27 years’ industry experience in the information technology sector, particularly with start-ups and companies facing sales difficulties. Globally established and multi resident in Australia, UK and the USA; companies included Managing Director roles at Onyx Software and Siebel Systems, and Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Asia Pacific at SPL WorldGroup. In these roles, Mark has been responsible for achieving multi-million-dollar sales and year on year quantum growth. Other industry roles include three years with Oracle Systems where he established the Australian/New Zealand Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sales teams, and three years at Dun & Bradstreet as Business Development Manager.
Often controversial and passionate about customer service, Mark is widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading CRM authorities. He is an astute strategist, renowned for his exemplary skills in opening new markets, establishing go- to-market models, and aligning the sales strategies to exceed customer and corporate expectations.
Mark has been a keynote speaker on the issues and drivers impacting businesses today and a frequent presenter at industry events in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, his views on customer management and its impact on business are frequently requested by the media.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting and Bachelor of Business Law & Accounting.
Mark now retired currently resides with his wife Vicki and family in mountains of Queenstown New Zealand.
