About Randy Yost

Randy Yost is an award-winning Master Chair of three Vistage Chair groups in the Greater Sacramento Area. To date, he has coached hundreds of CEOs. In addition, Randy is currently a professional High-Performance Teams speaker and leadership coach, providing experience and insight into the art of business mastery. Yost started his career as a banker and went on to become a senior executive and CEO at Oregon, Nevada, and California banks and financial holding corporations. He was recruited and approved by the Federal Reserve and state banking regulators as a bank turnaround CEO during the financial industry crisis. This required Randy to develop strategies to turn failing teams into High-Performance Teams in a short period of time. CEO members encouraged Randy to publish his knowledge, experiences, and successes of creating High-Performance Teams. This encouragement spurred Yost on to publish "The Threat Switch".
