Natalie Silverstein MPH

Natalie Silverstein, MPH, is a writer, speaker, consultant and passionate advocate for family and youth service. Her first book, Simple Acts: The Busy Family’s Guide to Giving Back, was chosen by the HuffPost as a top ten book for parents who want to raise kind kids, and she has appeared on The Today Show – Third Hour and on many popular podcasts and radio programs. She is the volunteer coordinator for Doing Good Together in New York City, a national nonprofit that helps parents raise kids who care and contribute. Her second book, Simple Acts: The Busy Teen's Guide to Making a Difference, will be published by Free Spirit Press in 2022. Her essays have appeared on Medium, Grown and Flown, Red Tricycle and MommyPoppins. She earned a BS from Providence College and a Master’s degree from Yale. Natalie lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
