Mickey Thiel

Mickey Thiel was born in Bearcreek, Montana in 1938 and was raised as the youngest daughter of eight children on a small Montana farm. After traveling the world as a naval spouse, she eventually settled back in Carbon County, Montana and began writing her first novel in the mid-70s. Her novels are based loosely on experience but mostly on imagination. Her greatest wish was that she be able to share these stories with as many people as possible.
