Norma Strange

You may be thinking... So, who is Norma Strange and why should I read, follow or listen to her?

Why me? The short answer... I've been there done that!

Here's the history to share my path of real world experience:

I graduated Western Kentucky University with a near double major securing a Bachelors in Fine Art. I got hired on actually using my degree within the first two weeks of looking for that first job. I received nearly TWICE what anyone expected me to make straight out of school. My husband and I learned to put ourselves in the FLOW of opportunity.

I spent years expanding desktop publishing and had the privelege of working on cutting-edge equipment as corporate communications evolved. I was art director for an AWARD-WINNING publication that pushed the envelope of delivering just-in-time information to its customer network.

I dabbled in investing in my late 20's early 30's in stocks, index funds, and then commercial and residential real estate. After we had our first child, I turned my interest to invest in my own business, first running it on the side. Then as it quickly DOUBLED our income and outpaced my demanding sixty-plus hour salaried position, it was easy to quit my job, buying back all of my time, and going all in on our branding and marketing business where I TRIPLED our household income in that first year of going fulltime.

I landed UNIQUE opportunities like designing the user's interface experience for the first Apple corporate intranets. Hard to imagine but this was a time where I had to educate clients on what a website was and why they would want to have one for their business.

As my business grew, I expanded to have a hand full of fulltime employees and I realized what I didn't know about managment. It was this period of time that I valued business coaches whom I contracted to help me navigate the demands of that service business.

I enjoyed speaking and INSPIRING people to understand branding and leaving a positive lasting impact on their customers. I was on faculty at an ENTREPRENEUR training network where we shaped the mindset of the business owner and helped them build actionable teams.

I attracted great projects one of them being partnering with an author as I illustrated and published our BEST-SELLING hardback childrens' book and extended the characters into a book series. We spoke at schools and saw how we could teach families and support parents utilizing content for their children.

I realized that POSITIVELY impacting people's behavior had captured my attention. I invested and partnered in a training simulation company and we landed the largest and oldest company in our industry along with many major leaders in our business sector.

After restructuring from the recession, I continued to do business consulting and got aligned with a not-so-supportive team in a very toxic work environment. I felt the damaging impact of stress and its negative affects on health. But thank goodness! This experience offered a career pivot to utilize my leadership skills to build an amazing team to serve an ever-growing market need to reduce inflammation, eliminate stress and oxidation in the body, and lead to better physical and emotional WELLBEING through improved hydration, enhanced circulation and complete cellular nutrition.

Years ago, I authored the book "LIFE - Let It Flow Effortlessly: How Being Genuine Creates Real Value" writing the core manuscript in just 3 days, and finally realeased it to be published in September of 2018. It turned out to be the perfect timing for the book.

Of course, I lived many years of my LIFE to come up with the material that came through my fingertips so effortlessly to make the book. There were distinct divine impressions that formulated key concepts of this book and the work that formed my Transformational Leadership workshops.

I have completed many Transformational Leadership live workshops utilizing this content across the USA for different business leadership groups, and I’ve seen this work connect quickly, transform and launch people into their potential time and time again. Participants of my programs are so delighted to see how things they might have thought impossible become achieveable and effortless as they embrace their own unique potential. I know they've transformed when I hear them declare their inspired actions with, "I can do that!"
