Since 1985, Cathy Sunshine has led hundreds of projects that accelerate the growth and performance of business leaders and their organizations, working in virtually every industry, including transportation, healthcare, engineering, consulting, manufacturing, professional services, energy, telecommunications, real estate, airlines, IT, distribution, pharmaceuticals, retailing, communications, financial services, etc.

She has received grants to provide executive coaching to government leaders and has been the recipient of sole sourced grants to coach highly-educated executives in the information technology, energy and transportation sectors.

Cathy is consistently recognized for her ability to reboot performance, enhance vitality and bring new awareness and breakthrough thinking to complex situations, ranging from executive growth and turnaround performance to leadership succession, market repositioning, business restructuring, conflict management and strategic partnership challenges.

Her groundbreaking work in leadership transformation and organization culture, is reflected in her new book SYNC'd ... a Behavioral Operating System.

She is a Certified Management Consultant* (Institute of Management Consultants), an MBA, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, a Fellow in the Family Firm Institute, and a member of the International Women’s Forum. She frequently serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver’s School of Professional Psychology. She has post graduate training from the Bowen Institute in Family Systems Theory, Comparative Theories of Family Therapy and designed and delivered coursework to train professionals in “The Art and Science of Executive Coaching."
