Elizabeth Rizzo

Elizabeth Rizzo, formerly owned a country restaurant in the pines of northern California, where she created recipes and made gourmet lollipops. She lived there with her beloved dog Buddy who was the inspiration for her first book titles “How To Say Goodbye to Your Best Friend”. Liz has worked in the culinary field over 26 years and published a comedy cookbook titled, “Sin-Sational Recipes with Rusty Warren-Love and Laughs in the Kitchen”. Rizzo made a guest appearance on "Cooking with Rita Davenport" in Phoenix, Arizona making her lollipops which started her on her appreciation for foods and creative ways to prepare recipes with a different twist. Rizzo has a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice and was co-producer of “Dogs Are Healers” on Olelo TV in Hawaii. She creates recipes for dogs as well as humans. She is a feature writer for Spectrum formerly known as Oceanic Time Warner Cable penning restaurant reviews. She is an animal rights activist and resides in Hawaii with her husband and mentor, Richard Sterba. Her latest book, “ Life of the Party-Two Legends-Mary Fleener and Rusty Warren” is available on Amazon in paperback form as well as Kindle format.
