With more than 12+ years of experience coaching and guiding teams in IT, publishing, marketing, e-commerce, he considers himself as an accidental Agile learner, believer and follower. He imbibes in the philosophy of "Being Agile is Being Alive."

His approach to learning is all about self-discovery and self-improvement. He always believe that whatever we do is all about "un-learning" and "re-learning", without this mindset, everything you will do will always seem to be impossible.

He is am Certified Scrum Master (CSM)®, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ®, Leading SAFe ®, Certified Agile Marketing Specialist CAMS® and he also hold Certified Agile Leadership CAL-1® credential from Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile Academy and Agile Marketing Academy respectively. He is also among the youngest in the world to have unique triple certification and knowledge in CAL-1, CSPO, and CAMS.

His experience of being a scrum master and product owner shifted his mindset for more towards practical application of the mindset, culture to other departments as well. This gave him the learning and approaches for foundation education in Agile, including its values, principles, and practices to outside IT.

Apart from IT software learner and coach, he is the one of the only few practitioner in Agile outside IT domains such as Sales, Marketing, Content, Talent, Design, and Operations. He lives with a motto of helping organizations to grow and encourage collaboration and creating a learning environment for success. He feels, he is a focused learner with an attitude of problem-solving for creating a mindset driven approach.

He wishes to continuously building and guiding teams for organizational goals with an adaptive mindset for continuous learning and finding desired solutions for organizations. He has coached and trained 1400 learners in IT teams and outside IT teams. He is also an official signatories for Agile HR Manifesto.
