Shaquitta Fleming was born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina on November 14, 1990. She is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a graduate of the University of Phoenix where she received her Master of Science degree in Psychology, as well. She is currently a high school teacher in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Shaquitta has dreamed of writing her first book since she was a teenager, but other things came up which prevented her from doing so at that moment. I’m Not Mad, It’s Just My Face is a short autobiography on Shaquitta’s life and it talks about some things that she had to face from childhood up until her adulthood. She hopes that it will encourage her readers to stand up for what they believe in and to share their story as well.
