Cyndi Suarez

Cyndi Suarez works with leaders in nonprofit organizations, social movements, philanthropy, and government. She helps change agents move from struggle to flow by helping them make deep sense of their work. She specializes in network strategies—identifying core functions and niche, and leveraging strategic partnerships to achieve large-scale change. She has a passion for liberating structures.

Cyndi was Executive Director at Northeast Action, the first regional political strategy center in the United States. Among her consulting clients are Movement for Black Lives (Black Lives Matter global network) and United We Dream (US national DREAMers network). She is currently Senior Editor at Nonprofit Quarterly, the leading nonprofit sector journal in the US.
