Dawn Bikowski

Dawn Bikowski is the Director of the ELIP Academic & Global Communication Program and teaches in the Linguistics Department at Ohio University. Keynoting internationally and leading projects in curriculum development, teacher training, and program assessment have taken her to dozens of countries worldwide. With a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction and an M.A. in Linguistics, her research focuses on second language writing, intercultural communication, educational technology, and global learning.
