As foster parents in the 1980s, Ed Schwartz and his wife Jeni personally witnessed the tragedies surrounding vulnerable children in the U.S. As a result, in 2002, Loving Shepherd Ministries was created to make a difference for some of the millions of exploited and vulnerable orphans and children worldwide.
