Dr. Amy Clarkson is a story collector at heart. She has a B.A. in Psychology and completed Medical School with a residency in Family Medicine. She then specialized, completing a Palliative Medicine fellowship to become a Hospice & Palliative Care Doctor. She considers it a privilege to spend time with families and patients at the end of life, hearing their stories, fears, and joys while tending to physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Dr. Amy has always been eager to understand the complexities of human health, personality, and spiritual truths. Her quest to learn is matched only by the desire to pass on these thoughts and ideas.
Whether she's writing about end-of-life topics or spiritual concepts, the goal is the same: to open a door to new insights, experiences, or stories that encourage us to learn from each other.
Most recently, she has turned her exploration of concepts into an art endeavor. She is a digital artist who uses collage to combine elements into a cohesive picture. Her newest book applies this process to scripture, inviting readers to see spiritual truths in new ways.
