Dr. Bobette Brown is a bestselling author, minister, and executive leadership coach whose life is a living testament to the power of purpose over position. A former U.S. Army 82nd Airborne paratrooper turned leadership strategist, she has spent decades at the intersection of military discipline, marketplace excellence, and Spirit-led ministry — equipping a new generation of leaders to lead not from titles, but from testimony.

Shaped by a childhood as a military brat and life experiences spanning 29 states and 26 countries, Dr. Brown brings a rare, globally informed perspective into every room she enters. Her academic foundation is equally formidable: a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Seminary, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. As a Certified John Maxwell Executive Team Member, she brings world-class frameworks to faith-based and character-driven leadership.

Dr. Brown is the Founder of TransFORmU Coaching and Leadership Institute, Founder and Executive Director of The Lady Chapter, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit running a ten-month leadership development program for Gen Y and Gen Z women, and the founder of The LeadHERship Circle, a multigenerational mentorship community spanning five generations of women leaders. Her advocacy for accessibility also led her to establish a deaf ministry, reflecting her lifelong commitment to bridge-building and radical inclusion.

Her latest work, From TorchbearHer to TrailblazeHer: Equipping Christian Women to Pass the Baton of Leadership, is both a baton and a blueprint — weaving biblical revelation, personal story, and practical strategy to help women align calling with preparation.
