Ken Lynch, a recognized expert in Human Resources (HR), is a best-selling author (“Let ‘P. A. P. E. R.’ Work for You!” and “People Matter Most”), HR executive, trainer, consultant, educator, and guest speaker. Ken is a Veteran (U. S. Army) and works with Veterans in their transition back into the civilian workforce, as well as with active members of the National Guard and Reserves. He the founder of two HR resources to aid the HR community: The HR Network and The HR Diner, and is the recipient of the State of Missouri Society of Human Resource Management’s “Leadership, Education, Achievement and Dedication (LEAD) Award”. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, graduate degree in Business Administration and is completing a doctorate in Management.
