World-leading Visual Author Paul Laane is a storyteller who has embarked on the mysterious path of depicting what lurks within his head through words and pictures. He does this in a studio hidden behind a secret passage, inside a haunted 19th century mansion. The novels could best be described as Psycho-Philosophical thrillers. He paints and illustrates his own books, and his writing style is also visual, even cinematic. He has previously worked in the fields of Marketing, Design, and Illustration. He lives with his wife and two children in an old house they have named 'Honey Hill'.
