David Babbel

Dr. David F. Babbel is Emeritus Professor of Insurance and Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, having previously served as a finance and international business professor at the University of California at Berkeley. With over one hundred and thirty scholarly articles and publications to his credit, along with a number of books and monographs, his research has won national and international awards of distinction. He has lectured on five continents and advised country leaders at the highest levels.
