Claire Dale and Patricia (Pat) Peyton are directors of Companies in Motion, offering Physical Intelligence coaching and training to industry leaders including one of the world’s most recognised consumer brands, a global investment bank and a multi-national pharmaceutical organisation. A well-known British dancer and choreographer, Claire founded the Claire Russ Ensemble, a contemporary dance company that performed across Europe for fifteen years. She is also senior communications tutor at RADA Business, specialising in embodied leadership training. Pat has spent over thirty years working with Fortune 100 and FTSE 1000 organisations to help individuals and teams improve their performance. She is also managing director of Sphere International, providing leadership and sales consulting, training and coaching across industries globally and sits on the board of trustees at Emerson College in the US.

Her design expertise includes the full spectrum of instructor led, self-paced, case-study based, classroom-based, web-based, eLearning and blended solutions for executive management through entry level. Pat’s solutions have garnered national and global awards in the fields of sales leadership, organizational development, sales, and career and life planning, including Best New Product of the Year in HR Magazine and the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Award. As a facilitator, Pat has delivered training for organizations across a wide-range of audiences, from C-level executives to front-line team members. As a recognized expert in sales, service, leadership, and instructional design and delivery across various platforms, Pat has been a frequent contributor to conferences and association events.
Prior to joining Companies in Motion and founding Sphere, Pat was Chief Design Officer/Senior Vice President for Richardson, an industry leader in sales training, where she led the consulting practice and design team and personally managed key global client relationships responsible for 20% of the company’s revenue. As an executive within the organization, Pat provided vision, leadership, coaching, and training to help transform the internal team culture, driving quality initiatives, while encouraging creativity, accountability, and collaboration. Her efforts increased profitability and employee retention, while creating and implementing a strategy that contributed to 20% year over year growth. Previously, Pat was the VP/Design and a Senior Consultant for Richardson over a period of several years. Prior to Richardson, Pat served as Director of Communications for Manchester International, a human resources consulting firm offering career transition and organizational consulting services worldwide, and Training Manager for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.
