Erica Marcus

Erica Marcus started her yoga and mindfulness practice 15 years ago as a means of addressing some perfectionistic tendencies. Since then, it has infiltrated all aspects of her life, and most recently has served her well as a crazed new mom to her beautiful, feisty daughter.

Professionally, she runs programming in yoga and mindfulness for students, teachers, and school districts around New England (Learn more about this work at Wise Minds. Big Hearts.).

Other important activities in her life include writing, hiking, surfing, painting, and eating ice cream.
