Brian Becker is a consultant, executive leadership coach and author. Brian consults with companies and nonprofits to improve their overall culture, quality and performance. He specializes in helping nonprofits by facilitating strategic planning and processes to strengthen their board of directors.
Brian is a frequent workshop leader and conference speaker, having delivered over 1,000 presentations in the last 25 years throughout the United States, as well as Canada, England, Singapore, South America and Puerto Rico. Brian lives in Illinois and is married to his wife for 35 years. They have two adult children and one grandchild.
Jeff Becker is a man on a mission to serve and develop the best in others, and he does this primarily through the sport of basketball. Jeff organized and led his first basketball camp when he was only in 7th grade. Jeff is the co-founder of one of the largest nationally-known basketball academies headquartered in Phoenix. For Jeff, basketball is about developing character in young men.
Jeff is also a clinician with some of the leading sports camps across the country and internationally, including being the National Lead Skills Coach for the prestigious CP3 National Middle School Combine and the CP3 Rising Stars National Camps. In his free time, Jeff stresses the importance of giving back to the local community through servant leadership. He lives in Arizona and frequently volunteers at local youth facilities and group homes around the greater Phoenix area.
