JEFF BECKER is a man on a mission to draw out the very best in others. Through JB Mental Performance Coaching, he helps athletes and business leaders develop the mindset required to win—not just in competition, but in life. His work centers on resilience, focus, confidence, and character, equipping clients to perform under pressure and lead with clarity.

Jeff also delivers high-impact keynotes and workshops for colleges, universities, and corporations, serving an impressive roster that includes PGA and MLB athletes, Division I competitors, and rising stars still in their teens. Jeff’s passion for development started early—he organized and led his first basketball camp while still in seventh grade. After earning degrees in communication and criminal justice, he co-founded one of the nation’s largest and most respected basketball academies, headquartered in Phoenix.

For Jeff, the game has always been about more than skill development; it has been a vehicle for shaping young men of character, discipline, and purpose. For more than a decade, Jeff led the prestigious CP3 (Chris Paul) National Middle School Combine and the CP3 Rising Stars National Camps, mentoring elite young athletes at critical stages of their growth.
