Philip F Clark

Philip F. Clark is a native New Yorker, who currently is an Assistant Professor at City College, New York, where he received his M.F.A. in Creative Writing in 2016, and teaches English and Poetry. His first collection, 'The Carnival of Affection' (Sibling Rivalry Press, 2017), was a winner of the Jerome Lowell DeJur Prize in 2016. He is currently completing his second book, 'Wisdom and Misdemeanor.' His work is also included in the recent 'On Becoming A Poet,' published by Marsh Hawk Press, 20202. He is currently the Poetry Editor of A&U Magazine. His poetry has been published in Vox Populi, Tiferet Journal, and The Tampa Review, among others. He conducts poetry workshops for the Hudson Valley Writers Center, and his poetry reviews have been published in Lambda Literary.
