Paul Wood is a constant explorer of the irrepressible, boisterous nature in towns and cities. His latest book, ‘Tree Hunting: 1,000 Trees to Find in Britain and Ireland’s Towns and Cities’ is published on 29th May 2025.

He is also the author of ‘London is a Forest’, ‘London Tree Walks’, ‘Great Trees of London Map’, and the hugely popular ‘London's Street Trees: a Field Guide to the Urban Forest’, the first book about the city’s frontline trees now in its third edition.
