Ron Huntley

Ron Huntley is a leadership coach, author, and speaker who works with pastors, parish leadership teams, dioceses, and mission-driven organizations across the world. He is the founder of Huntley Leadership, a coaching and consulting practice focused on building healthy leadership teams, building healthy organizational culture, and helping leaders move from vision to sustained fruitfulness.

For more than 15 years, Ron has accompanied leaders through seasons of renewal, growth, and change. His work is shaped by hands-on experience walking alongside pastors and leadership teams as they navigate vision clarity, trust, decision-making, accountability, and the human realities of leadership. He is known for his ability to speak truth with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, and help leaders name reality without losing hope.

Ron is the host of the Huntley Leadership Podcast, where he interviews pastors, lay leaders, and organizational leaders about leadership, culture, faith, and mission. He is a certified professional coach and brings a practical, relational, and faith-grounded approach to leadership development.

Ron lives in Nova Scotia, Canada, with his wife, Nicole, and works internationally with leaders who love the Church, care deeply about people, and are committed to leading with courage, humility, and hope.
