Sergio Gramitto

Sergio Alberto Gramitto Ricci is a corporate law scholar. He researches and teaches corporate law in Australia, America and Italy. He graduated in Law at University of Milan and holds a PhD from Bocconi University. He currently teaches at Cornell Law School, and will move to Monash University in August 2019.
