From the humble beginning as a poor boy from southern Indiana, James rose to build his first million dollar sales company when he was 28. He then went on to build a successful multi-million dollar Defense Contracting company at 34. He's trained and and managed Sales Professionals for over 30 years and has sold or managed well over one hundred million dollars in products and services in a wide variety of markets.

After a major health crisis and a serious car accident, James became obsessed with the human mind, how it works and how to powerfully and ethically control it. After nearly ten years of training and research, he has brought his considerable knowledge, experience and unique skill set back into the sales and corporate arena. The reason James became a trainer, coach, speaker and now an author is to help professionals close the consistency gap in business communication in a way that benefits all parties involved.
