Mara Briere MA

I founded Grow a Strong Family, a non-profit organization which offers families uprooted by mental illness support, resources, materials, compassion, and permission to learn and grow. I enjoy putting together the materials that are suggested. I like doing the research, putting information together, and sharing it!

I am both a family member of several individuals with mental illnesses as well as a professional. This project, of providing other family members what they need, and culminating in formates including booklets, videos, and resources on the website, www.growastrongfamily.org is fun for me and very exciting.
