Enod Gray

Enod Gray was born, raised and currently lives in Houston, Texas. Enod initially taught elementary school for 10 years, returning to graduate school to earn her masters in social work in 1994. She has been a clinical psychotherapist and counselor for 23+ years treating individuals, couples and groups for a variety of conditions, including sexual addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. In addition, Enod was trained by Pia Mellody in the Post Induction Treatment model and has conducted family of origin intensive workshops called "Regaining Consciousness." Throughout her career Enod noticed that an issue seldom discussed is that of childhood neglect and overcontrol and its impact. Her first book, "Neglect-The Silent Abuser" brings this issue into the light where it can be recognized and addressed.

In researching and writing about neglect, I found the work to be cathartic, as this issue existed in my own childhood.
