Kingster is the shareholder of a World Top 5 Medical Devices - Orthopedic Contract Manufacturing facility. He has more than 10 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Medical Devices industry. With the business activity with US and Japan, he is familiar with US FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and J-QMS.

Besides that, he is also a IRCA certified lead auditor. He has knowledge, skill and experience in giving training for Lean Manufacturing, Internal Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, SMED, TRIZ, etc.

He completed his Bachelor Degree with first class honor, MBA (Manufacturing and Production Control) and in progress of DBA. (Doctor of Business Administration).
